Roomidea Decoration Inc. has been closely monitoring the evolving developments regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. Our top priorities are maintaining the health and wellness of our employees and value customers while continuing to serve our customers and ensuring the continuity of our business.

Following the advice of Canadian and provincial health authorities, Roomidea Decoration Inc. is taking precautions to mitigate the risk of potential spread of COVID-19.  This will take affect from March 18, 2020 to March 31, 2020.

Communications:

• For your new projects and or services, please visit our website first to gathering all the information you needed, roomidea.ca
• Continue to discuss your requirements as you normally would by phone: 416-499-7666.
• For general inquiries, you can send email to: info@roomidea.ca
• We are encouraging that you leverage online and virtual methods to reach our staff in order to access information related to your project, other than personally visiting our showroom.

Showroom Visiting Arrangement:

• Even our showroom still open right now, but we strongly recommend you make an appointment first, to avoid visitor’s gathering.
• When you get our showroom, if there is a previous customer, please note our staff you are there, and waiting outside till the visiting space is available.
• Our showroom maybe closed at anytime due to the situation getting worse.

In person onsite measurement:

• We will cut off unnecessary onsite measurement.
• For the easy job, we appreciate our customer do this following our guide.
• For those projects which we have to be, the visits are being done on a case by case basis after a screening questionnaire and updated site visit requirements are provided and confirmed. 

Installation and Maintenance Services:

• We will try our best to give all the supports and benefits to those customers who can do installation and easy maintenance “Doing-by-yourself”.
• For those unurgent projects, we suggest you keep it for future installed.
• For those projects which we have to be, the services are being done on a case by case basis after a screening questionnaire and maybe cancelled at anytime when our stuff feel the environment unsuitable.

Please note some delay in response time might occur during this period.

As the situation evolves, we will provide updates to our business activities to keep you informed. We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to serving you as we always have.
